I've had a number of varying sized prints done at Photobox, and have been unable to fault them at all...

Reasonable prices, fast delivery, and excellent quality... Just had 2 20" x 8" panoramic prints delivered, and they are just stunning!

Agreed.

Only had trouble once really with a large canvas and they sent through a new one within two days and credited me the amount to my account.

For the first time I have also just received six 12in x 18in prints which have a blue color cast over them, so I have just phoned photobox and they are re-printing and sending out another set of prints. I will let you all know if they are better.

Re-prints arrived to-day and are perfect, so rest of evening will now be spent cutting mounts and framing.

To be honest mate I expected nothing less. They are really good people and will bend over backwards if there are any issues. They are also an advantage regarding prices. Yes, one could go to a more expensive lab but what is the point? If the customer is happy/more than happy with the prints you supply via photobox then why go to a more expensive lab and eat into any profit? bad business. The day that punters start to turn up their noses at prints is the day I will re-consider another printer. If it 'aint broke...why fix it ?

I ordered a large canvas print from Photobox on Wednesday 18th. I had an email at 19.15 saying it has been dispatched. It is now Saturday and still no sign of it.
Who usually delivers them, Royal Mail?
How long should I expect before delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail. However, if a week after dispatch the order has not been received we will re-print and resend at no cost. Longer periods apply for international destinations.
But hopefully you will get your canvas on Monday, let us all know what you think of the quality as I have not ordered one of these before.
