I'm not able to see it either, I've checked the link and it's a little broken.
Please feel free to upload it to the Gallery as Al has said but it might get the wrong type of comments especially if your showing problems your having with the image as people won't know it's related to your post. You can attach it to this thread if you're not able to get the link working so we can take a look.

OK - That is a small, dark, black and white picture, so may not be the best to show what you mean.
I can see some bright spots top right - They look very much like dust particles being illuminated by your flash.
Do these artifacts always appear in the same place or do they move around?
You need to be careful with flashes, especially around reflective surfaces etc. You could also be getting flare caused by light from the flash entering the lens at sharp angles in comparison to your subject. This is why you see lenses with hoods - the hood prevents sunlight for example entering the lens from a steep angle and being bounced around inside the barrel, upsetting the balance of light being reflected off your subject.
Try posting some more examples if you can. What camera/lens is it?

Hi Trudi,
Once again, this image is very dark and hard to see what you are refering to, if you could post a crop at 100% of an area that contains the artefacts?
