Default Flash brackets

Just wandering who uses them here?

I've used a stroboframe pro-t for past couple of weddings but not really sure I can see the benefit of them over flash bouncing techniques (when able too that is). I've read a lot of other togs are dropping them for the lightsphere which I use also.

With the modern diffusers that are available these days, is there still a place for the old fashioned brackets?

Looking forward to seeing what others have to say.

Hi Paul, I don't use any brackets I use the Gary Fonge Light Sphere.
I use the Chrome and Amber dome caps for different effects. Its does a great job.
