Backup Software
I have a backup drive and use the software that came with it, Memeo Autobackup, tbh itslows my computer down, I like the way it backups a folder with out me doing anything and I don't have to leave the pc on all the time either as it backs up on the fly, but I was wondering if there a some good solutions people here are using that I should now about?

They got onto RAID and such like I think, search the forum for RAID, wireless, storage, may find the thread.

No Probs mate, not me specialised subject really but i do know if you shop about you can get 1tb for less than £100 now. Archive to DVD's is what i do as they are really cheap as well. This site is quite good, good service good price.
SVP: DVD-R & CDR - Blank Media: Reviews and Advice They have post free promotions regularly and the gear is good, used for some time now.

i have a 1Tb USB 2.0 drive already, its just a suitable backup software that works efficiently i need really, im sure this one i have is slowing my system up

I do everything long hand..
Download
Edit, batch (i shoot RAW)
Prepare for viewing (turn stuff BW, crop, put together multis etc)
One copy goes on viewing room pc
One copy goes on DVD
One copy goes on Backup Lacie Drive.
It then gets deleted from my PC...
Do it as i go (prob x2 a week)
