Default Queens of the Seas

Photographers Comments
This is a composdite of the Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth 2 and the Freedom of the Seas. The ships were each photographed in southampton dock on two seperate occassions and put together - I would love some opinions of this as this is its first airing so to speak.

Hi Andy,
I realy like the wide angle feel to this pic. The only thing that throws this for me is the "crease line" where the sky meets itself. Good choice of mono for this, it realy works well.

Default Thanks Phil

Cheers for that, I was in two minds where the sky was concerned and actually did do a version where there was a normal sky. In the end I thought it was more dramatic and as it was obviously digitally created I left it as it was, interesting that you picked up on it though thanks.

A interesting project and well put together making good use of PS. I like the monochrome effect but as Phil has already mentioned the sky does not work for me, I think that I would have preferred to see a normal sky.
