LOL, your attachment was probably too big (250k max).
Go to the gallery and somewhere near the top you will see "upload photos"
When it's uploaded you can use the autopost system to select where you want the photo, it also gives you a chance to review your post, make sure it looks how you want it without typo's etc.
It's dead easy when you've done it once.
