Hi Heath, Good subject with a nice smiling face, but so much more could be done to improve this image. First of all portrait style, this will easily remove the other people on left and right of image. Then a bit of cloning to remove the person behind, especially as you have a nice stone wall background this would be easy to do. I'm sure that this would bring out the smiling lady nicely.
