I also like the technique on this picture. Perhaps you could write it up cleano and then I can have another go at getting something out of photoshop.

Generally these works are games with layers. Starting with three or four layers using different effects on them and changing the opacity, when I please with the result flatten the layers. In this way all of these works will be individual. I am no able to repeat the process. Thats all, try to do it in PS.

I think I have to move to Hungary! Pretty girls in pretty dresses. Happy smiling people! Over here (UK) we are in the depths of recession - ex company CEO's are scavenging for tunips in farmer's fields.

I like the painterly effect in your shot. If you use CS2/3 you can make the image an 'object', then you can go back at any time and change the parameters in the layers - provided you don't flatten it of course.
