Photo to Drawing
Photographers Comments
Just something I was playing about with the other day. Would this effect be of any use in portraits or similar ???. The BG is some old notepaper texture which could be replaced. Any comments and ideas greatly received.

I'm being quite serious here. I think it should be called 'from drawing to reality' and it would make a good ad shot for a design company or something, showing how plans can be turned into desirable things. It's a good idea - perhaps a more interesting subject such as a flashy car, or luxury kitchen?

I love this effect! I found the thumbnail intriguing and just had to have a better look ..... great piece of art! And certainly lends itself to advertising - especially in the design world ... good one! People have difficulty visualising reality from drawings, (my husband and I operate a building design business so know how hard it is to help them 'see' 3D) and this is a great way to illustrate a design ..

Cracking idea Mate looks cool (give MFI a ring)
just a thought, what about trying to add colour to the drawing??? so it looks like a water colour fading into the real thing...
