Default Derelict building in Infrared

Photographers Comments
This image was taken using a IR camera, then I swapped the red and blue channels to enhance the sky a bit, then finally using the saturation brush I brought the color out in the old building.

Hi Allen, thanks for that, I'm still learning different techniques some of which work for me and others that don't.

Hi Barry,
I'm going to disagree with Big AL and say this isnt as good as some of your others. i find the area around the trees and building very fussy
still a good shot though as i'm def a fan of your IR work

I too am a huge fan of your IR work mate. But I am not liking the multi coloured brick look in the building.
Bud, i sincerely love the IR images you have done but this is not one of them, its definately the building. I am sure the door swings both ways and there will always be images that I have done that peeps will not like. Thats life.
Trouble is I love your work on the whole...MORE than on the whole. It makes me cringe to say anything even mildly negative about it. I think you get my drift.

Big non-gay man snogs mate. Its a good image but you normally yield IR excellence...above the norm.

Hi Andy and TCO, thanks for your comments, I do appreciate any feedback as I experiment with this IR stuff. I'm sure that this image will work a lot better in a few weeks time when we get more foliage on the trees. I will go back and give it another go. I will probably go for the monochrome look and not try to to bring out the color in the building.
