I never thought of a simple thing like a feather could look so interesting. Looks sharp. Art

Lisa

I must have the wrong circuit board plugged into my brain slot today. Don't laugh, but your title is 'Fractalius Feather', and I, quite naturally assumed you were being clever and giving us the latin name for a bird, and this was its feather! Never heard of Fractalius so I looked it up and discovered it's a software package! I need to stay at home more. I looked at their website - not impressed with some of the images, but yours works very well indeed - nice and subtle. I should think it's one of those packages where you need a bit of restraint. Have you tried any of their other offerings?

Sorry Rob but I did giggle at that

It is very easy to get carried away and apply the filter to everything but in my opinion there's no skill in only doing that. There's about a dozen different effects in the Redfield plug-in package which I use as it works in Elements as well as "proper" Photoshop.

Glad you like this one

Ticks all the boxes and works well for me Lisa. As I go more and more senile...abstract work appeals to me in huge lumps
Lovely image and great use of this filter/plugin
