Hi Mark I use the two photos one was the girl and the other was the center part of the the girl. I use the distort tool, skew tool shape the center and legs and the stroke tool to create the light rope and add layer effects to it. to create the face I used the brush tool to color it, and used the Bas Relief filter and add layers effects to it using different blending affects too blend it.
