Default Clashing Colours

Photographers Comments
Was messing around with these with a view of the weekend challenge clashing colours. Wasnt happy with the Violet colour a it looks black, a bit on the dark side.

It does look a bit black, but it's a cracking idea.
I think I'd prefer the background to be more white, maybe backlight the paper?
