Help with ISO Speeds

Here is a link to a thread that Phil started, using the moony rule last night.

just looked at the last moon pic i took and it was taken on
F5.6
ISO 50
1/125
if you took one on a long exposure at ISO 50 it would let in more light... and use a shutter release. Or lock your mirror up to stop the movement and blurring!

I managed a good shot on Friday, using the Moony 11. It must have been something I was doing wrong when I was trying on Thursday.
