Default Dust on sensor

Hi

After very windy day shotting I noticed dust specs on my pics. I have tried cleaning the sensor with brush, blowers, lenses clothes and liquid and still specs remain faint and can be seen on pics where there is one tone only such as a clear blue sky no clouds or bare white wall etc. I know I can remove these inphotosho but can anyone suggest a product cleaning system that will remove it fully. Very frustrated with this.

thanks

Nigel
