Can anyone set up a website?

I;m looking for anyone who can set up a website for the support organisation I manage. I,ve spoken to several commmercial web site designers but despite being happy to pay none of them can help me due to some of the wording I require. I don't want anything fancy just one page of text, no pictures or links other than a e-mail link. If anyone knows anyone??

Frankly if no one is willing to help you set up a single page with a few words and an email link for money, then I’d reconsider your wording, does it incite, is it illegal or maybe it contravenes copyright laws. If as you say several web designers have turned money down there must be something seriously wrong with your text, that they feel offends their sensitivities or could have personal repercussions.

It's not normal for companies to turn down work under normal circumstances so curious to what the wording and organisation is. Working in the web development industry, I should be able to offer some advice, if you are able to PM me the wording that is causing problems so I can see where it's going wrong.
