Very interesting building, but the light has not done you any favors plus the sky is very bland. You should try and return later or earlier in the day with the sun shining from the side and possibly recompose without putting the main building in the middle as its looks as if there maybe some trees on the right hand side which could add a little more to the picture. Another possibility may be depending on the direction, is if you could get a sunrise or sunset through the building as you can see through it.
