had difficulties trying to balance the lighting effect in this one.

Just liked the arch and different angles. Tried to give it more contrast but lost detail in the foreground.

Nice shot, well done.

Where is it?

I was wondering if a tighter crop on the foreground arch would give a better composition.

I agree, crop some off the bottom. So that when you look at the picture your eyes will go straight through the arch, at the moment I keep looking down at that foreground. I like the monochrome effect, it works well with this subject.

Looking rather inviting here, and a wee snip at the bottom would help :]
