This whole area has been well photographed by just about everyone who visits Cardiff, but if you have been there you will see why. So I tried to do something a bit different but whether it worked I would welcome any comments.

And you succeeded. Polarised sky? or photoshop? My guess would be the polariser.
Great lead in line that carries you straight to the left hand structure and then to the rest of the shot. Good good good.

Correct, I used a polariser filter and a Sigma 10-20mm lens. I would had preferred the sun to have been further around so that I got better shadows, but time was not on my side.
