AHHHH Printing HELP???

Cheers Mate,have sorted it now,the reason it wouldn't work was i'd cropped it in such a way the printer was stretching it sideways to make it 8x10 which made the girls heads look fat...

I now know to set the size you want for printing as the crop size in the first place,saves a lot of hassle later.....another valuable lesson learned...
