i think that the problem is that we are afraid that we are bashful and are afraid that we will get tongue tied.

We've been so used to communicating Global Time (whenever the hell we feel like it, time). "So how's the weather?...how's the wife?....how's the kids?...uhhhhh?

I don't see how it would be much different than what we are doing now, except we are not talking in the same moment.

I think to get momentum and interest there should be a date time to check in with a predetermined ice breaking question, like, "What's the best joke you've heard this month?".

We just need an organizer to get the ball rolling. There are people out there who live to organize (I'm an organizer moron). Frank are you an organizer?...If you can line up and count poinsettas, this may be your calling....I've a joke to share....
