It all comes back to Me now Mello ... twice I have paid for and awaited Dell Computers.
Firstly it was a Dell Dimension Desktop, which went beyond the delivery Date, but Dell Boy
did have the courtesy of Ringing Me at 2.30 am in the Morning, to tell Me ... blah blah blah.
They were in Malaysia, I was in New Zealand. After much anticipation in receiving a PC "custom built"
... it was a complete downer to now be told ... but, I can have a Year of Norton's or something for free,
but not the Computer ... yet :]
The problem was Mello, that during the time I had committed to Dell Boy ... and He had "committed" to Me,
which He did not keep to, because of of the "delivery delay", better Models became available through
other Dealers.
When I purchased my Laptop from Dell Boy, when Delivery was not met, the most frustrating thing was to try
and contact anyone via email, and get any answers. In the end I had to Pose as a Corporate Client wanting
100 Laptops to get any attention, then my emails were answered.
Further Mello ....ooh! ... I see it is almost the Full Moon *redrum* *redrum*, during both experiences with the
Dell Boy Delivery Service, My Credit Card was reimbursed immediately.

I am not knocking the Dell Computer ... as I have never experienced one, but I have been Served by them
