A very good, natural looking portrait Muriel .... you must be pleased with it. The subjects are sharp with plenty of detail and the background is nicely out of focus. Looks as though you were blessed with some good, soft, cloudy-bright light. At first I wasn't sure about the raised shoulder but looking at it a few times it's perfectly in keeping with what is going on in the scene and not posed .... so that's nice then. Would it be better if the dog was making eye contact as well? who knows, who cares ... it's a good one
