RAW is a sort of global term, it is NOT a file format.
Each manufacturer has it's own way of collecting RAW data and it's own formats for sorting it out.
Fuji use .RAF as you have found, Nikon use .NEF, I don't know what Canon, Sony or anybody else use, but they will all be different, one reason some people prefer JPEG's and TIFF's which are more likely to receive continued support from software developers such as Adobe in the future.
