Hi Beth,
The image now looks great with the alterations done. However, after studying it closer, I notice sharp edges around the umbrella and the hand holding it. Have you tried to use the selection tool or magic wand and the tried to either clone or tone down these areas. Plus an overspray of red to the right of umbrella. Maybe some fine alteration just to bring these small nit pics into line.
