To answer your question regarding how much work went into this one, well, ignoring all the pre-shoot planning and the actual shoot itself, it was a 20 minute (or less) post-process. As you will see in the EXIF, the shot is VERY fresh (only just got back from the shoot). Just a highlight here and a touch of darkness there with a wee bit of curves thrown in to measure. This one didn't really need much doing to it (in my opinion). Sometimes you can end up over-doing it.
