Hi Colin, an interesting subject, thats some lean! The image is well framed, what lets it down for me is the lack of punch. A boost of contrast and a slightly darker overall will give it a moody feel. You will need to watch the sky as there is not much detail there. Might even be worth another shoot when there is a more dramatic sky.
