Nice action picture. Is there any chance I could do some work on it. I know you have selected "yes" to edit your pics but I think its nice to ask anyway.
To go over in more detail what Dennyboy has said do the following. Click on go advanced which is next to the post quick reply below this text. Then scroll down a little and on the left hand side click the button named manage attachments, you then browse for the file you wish to upload and click the upload button. You then preview your post or just hit submit reply.
