A good afternoon to all at/on PhotoTopix

My name is Lorraine & I signed up today after seeing the site and having a look around. I'm really pleased to see the assignment section to help us all grow in our photography skills.

I have a basic Kodak compact (aim & shoot) which i hope to upgrade in the near future. I thoroughly enjoy the "thinking out the box" with headings & topics. We have a local amateur church camera club where we have a monthly subject to go explore, i've found this a great way to become more observant and creative.

I look forward to meeting many new friends here and to see how we all grow in the different areas of photography.
