Hi Andy ..Thank you for the Orton effect Link .. I tried it out and posting what I have accomplished not sure if this is the way it is suppose to look or not .. I was afraid of over doing the blur ..
It is appreciated and it was so simple to follow along .. I will be sure to try it a few more times .. and try to get it ingrained in my brain .. lol . if that is possible ..
