Top dollar yellomello, nothing wrong with that at all. it shows forward thinking to remove distractions from the shot. it also shows you give a damn about presentation, technique, attention to detail etc..
I try to keep up with what other photographers are doing, styles etc. i surf the web making sure that we as a company are still maintaining a forward progression with ideas, style, making sure we are providing the current trend and trying to predict it so we stay ahead of the masses. in doing so, i have found some really bad presentation of images online, bad colour, bad cropping, poor web layout/design, bad posing, outdated use of filters.
If you are just "playing" at this, then you my friend, are far ahead of a lot of so called pros out there.. keep at it matey, you aint doing nothing bad here..
