A good solid shot of an imposing building .... sort of thing they would use for publicity material. You've managed to balance the lighting in the fountains with the much darker building behind ... which is good. Only thing I'd suggest is a bit of light in the sky. Night shots usually look better with a little of the dying light of the set/setting sun still showing IMHO
