Hi Trevor,
It is a great capture of a bygone era. More of the steam from the stack would have added to the atmosphere. Maybe if shot in portrait mode from a lower angle this could have been achieved and would have knocked out the intrusion of the houses on the left, to concentrate more on the train. Have you tried a black & white (sepia toned) version?
I agree with Lisa about the slight lean (L - R) which needs straightening. However, very good shot.
