The average person in the west loses about 50% of the cells at their retina (at the back of the eye) by the time they hit the age of 50. Keep this up, and despite only being 32 you will be joining them. A few simple rules;

1. Always wear sunglasses with UV protection in bright light (even when cloudy) Notice my avatar.
2. Never point your camera at the sun. It will damage your camera and your eyes.
3. Always have sex before breakfast as it sets you up for the day.
