Its confusing its untrue! I was very nearly ready to buy a Nikon D40 it seemes brilliant but then i relaised Id be spending more on lens due to the lack of an auto focus motor and also it doesnt have any self cleaning capabilities and i predict I will be changing the lens a lot. I feel that £400 would be the VERY most I could stretch to at the moment but would be much happy spending less. So confusing.. Ive done loads of research in mags and on the internet but still feel none the wiser really! Dont want to spend such a reletively large amount and suffer buyers remorse! Help much appreciated!
