I'll be adding a button to that page that will do just that, enable you to both view both latest, completed and inprogess projects.

On the Forum page you can scroll down and find a category and go into it, like Portraits, and just view Portraits. So could the Projects be added there so we could see everything?

I had thought about this when developing it but if someones challenge was a landscape and wanted feedback then the best place for it to go is in the landscape critique forum just to keep things organised. This is the reason the [PP] prefixes exist in the titles.

Hope I'm helping and not confusing.

Now that is a very good idea, your wish is my command and it's already been done. I've also added the completed and in-progress stats for each member too.
