Hi Maureen, this old building will make really good subject matter. As you said the sky was dull, but if you are able to get back to this site, then the same shot taken with a cloudy sky in monochrome will be really dramatic. With all of the old rubbish around you have plenty of foreground matter, then the building itself and hopefully a more interesting sky. Good find
