good going Lorraine....loving this...I love to see people brave enough to get out of the box and put in their own interpretation. I'm really getting the feeling of quiet introspection. The lighting is very dramatic for this feel; like the spotlight on the chest; it's almost as if we can reach into the soul of this creature. I suspect that the top of the head was a little overexposed but you sure handled it well in your post work. I would clone out that light streak in the background, directly above the head. For me, this is inspiring work.
