Hi Andy,
I think for the dated look it looks too clean and sharp. The colours need to be knocked back in the saturation to around -30/40 and a small amount of blur filter needs to be added to take away the crispness. I would also add a white overlay, knocked back to around 5%, reduced even further with the aid of the eraser tool at around 20% in patches to help with the ageing feel.
