Hi can anyone help with a little problem?

I have been playing on photo shop using the Hue and Saturation pallette.

Well the problem is when I select the eye dropper tool and hover over the image all I get is the cursor and not the eyedropper.


Have I changed something inadvertantly?

If I have can any one tell me how to correct it?
