This is the better shot of the two.
I love the focussing and the shot as a whole is clean and uncluttered. Black looks jet black and works really well against the colour of the flowers. The colour itself is again very clean and almost synthetic (meant as a compliment)
I wonder if a portrait crop would further enhance it.
