Try changing the Apature or F no... Use apature priority mode on your camera and try different stop's again F no's the higher the no the wider the DOF (Depth of Field) Decide if you want one of the flowers in focus or all. You will achieve this with the F no or apature or stop they are all the same thing. a low no gives a narrow DOF and a high No the opposite.

Also try switching to manuel focus for still life zoom into the subject and focus up then zoom out to your chosen framing with this and the apature set to your liking your focus should be spot on...

This is a basic setting up of your camera for this shot, there are many other things you can try in a more creative vain.
