Excellent use of the features of your camera in freezing the water. From an image point of view however, I find that the sailboat and the water conflict with each other and confuse the viewer as to what to look at. On one hand you have what could be a very peaceful view of the sailboat, and then on the other, a wild, frantic, detailed view of the water splash. Perhaps you were going for the contrast when you took the shot.
It appears that you have heavily cropped the photo. Maybe the forground would have anchored the shot better and framed it to make sense of where the water is coming from in contrast to the sailboat.
Hope I've made sense to you.
