HI Ken, the other way is to take 'a few' pictures on location, depending upon the scene, say 5 or 6 images each half a stop apart and then use Photoshops Merge to HDR feature (File > Automate > Merge to HDR) or other blending mode in Photoshop. This image was / is being created by a combination of methods.
