HI Andy
Fore what its worth _ The angle of light is wrong needs to be from the left to give good contrast and detail to the stones and bank it would emphasie the textures. Either crop the sky completely or shoot from a lower angle to include the last stepping stone. Use ND filter to stop it down to get more of a flow to the water. You clould loose the trees if necessary and keep the reflection in stead.
Just my pennies worth.
