This is found well hidden in John Oldham Park on Mounts Bay Rd. opposite the Hospital. Parking is best on the weekends, not that there is much of it!
You may to take a look at the one I posted of 'A view of the City', this was taken from Mounts Bay Rd itself. There is a carpark up near the freeway (towards the water) and the walk bridge (that is now closed) walk towards the freeway and follow the walkpath around the back of the water. Hope this helps you.
