Thanks for your reply Andy, hot spots would be a worry with such a big lamp, it could have been a little more of good luck than good management.
Not so sure where you are getting the excessive green from, it's looking too yellow for my liking.

During a recent move I dropped my Monitor and it is now showing a bluish colour shift, eg: or reading minus yellow,
Hence the yellow cast.
