Photomatix is excellent, I downloaded the trial and ended up getting the full version, You can put Raw files straight into it and also You can get great results from using one raw file by duplicating the file in PS with different exposures and saving them as tif files, The Smithy which is my gallery is done from one file.
The other HDR software which I think Pixl8 ( Alan) uses looks pretty good too,which is Dynamic photo HDR software... I downloaded the free trial version, I prefered photomatix and I also find the HDR one in CS2 not a patch on the dedicated softwares.
