Hi Pete, I do prefer the trailer in colour, but yes, you do loose some of the texture in the building. Perhaps the bods here could explain how to use the black and white main pic, but keep the colour of the trailer? Think that would make an interesting shot? Like the idea of the red & yellow in the black & white shot, what do you think? Sorry i can't help in how to achieve it tho LOL
