I like it, I like the camera position and the framing, the graduated way you have used black, fading to white as the viewer moves up the image is a strong pull and the ‘crown’ at the top serves to a degree to keep me in the image. I do how ever tent to wander out of the left and right of the to of the image, perhaps a tighter crop would keep me in. The selective focus of the overall image is reminiscent of the lensbaby. The mood you have achieved with the building plays well with the anger in the water.
